Those of you comparing times at Capital - I checked with the Capital coaches: 2019 was 2.23 miles. Yesterday was 2.33 miles.
What does that mean? 14:20 in 2019 is 6:25 pace 14:20 in 2021 is 6:09 pace 170 meters is pretty significant...
