Make sure you have: A mask or gaiter you can use when you run (These are mandatory at ALL times). If it is really light weight have an additional mask you can use for "social" situations. Don't freak out if you haven't been running or standing or anything but sitting in front of your computer - this isn't all about that. This is about getting back to doing things. Our goal in 6 weeks is be better at the end of week 6 than the beginning of week 1 then move on to track and keep getting better. We are not going to do crazy workouts to put you in jeopardy of being hurt or push you - We have 2 GREAT teams coming up and we want them ready for fall by learning this spring but getting consistent training. Yes, I do see trophies in the future! But I also see a lot of great kids just getting better and better and being able to look back at the end of their high school career and be very proud of how far they have come. All the journeys can be celebrated.
